Please email rachel@molesiniwine.club to work on selecting your dates and to finalize your group's booking. Available dates can be found HERE. At the time of booking, we require a 50% deposit to secure your dates. The deposit can be paid by check or credit card. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date, as long as the change is made at least 90 days prior to the trip's start date. The balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival. 

Your group size can be between 4-8 people and pricing will not change depending on the group size. We will only accept one group each week and each group is private. 

The only portion of the week that is not private is the Thursday night Wine, Dine and Shine experience which will be a community table type of tasting and dinner.

At the time of booking, we'll collect a deposit in the amount of 50% of the trip price. This deposit is non-refundable but can be moved (one time) to new dates in the following year, as long as you notify us at least 6 months before your departure.

We highly recommend acquiring travel insurance and we are happy to make recommendations for companies providing travel insurance.

Tuscany is a wonderful place to visit because we typically have warm days and cool nights during the summer and fall. HERE is a helpful site for average monthly temperatures. 

For women, we recommend lightweight fabrics, linens are great and flowy dresses pack easily. A denim jacket is nice for throwing over a dress at night. A lightweight scarf is also a common and functional fashion piece in Italy. If you'll be with us in October, it would be wise to have pants and a sweater in case the weather is cooler on certain days. 

For the winery visits, please make sure to have closed-toe shoes. We recommend nice sneakers for the wineries as you may be walking in the vineyard and through cellars which are tough to navigate in sandals.

The Wine, Dine, Shine event on Thursday is the only event where we request business casual. Pants and a button down for men, and a dress or blouse and slacks for women. The rest of the week can be as casual (or as dressy) as you wish.
